Allowed: links to legal adult platforms and legal adult content, sex worker services that are legal in their jurisdiction, and everything a conventional link in bio allows.
Banned with no appeal: any sexualization of minors including links to it; non-consensual content, revenge material or hidden camera footage; sex trafficking or advertising services where they are illegal; malware, phishing and scam links; doxxing and harassment campaigns.
Every public page carries a report link. Reports are reviewed by a person. A report on its own never removes a page, because mass reporting is a known harassment tactic in this space.
